Questions Answered
What level should I start at?
We offer a free placement conversation — by phone or in person — to determine your level. Most beginners start with "First Words in Dutch," but those with some background may jump directly to intermediate workshops.
Are workshops in-person or online?
Both. Most workshops meet at our Amsterdam atelier, but we offer live online cohorts for students elsewhere. The instruction quality is identical — only the medium differs.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes. University students receive 25% off all workshops with a valid student ID. We also offer limited scholarship seats each term — call us to inquire.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before the workshop begins. 50% refund within 14 days. After the first session, no refund — but you may transfer your seat to another student.
